Delivery information from Victoriana Southsea

We run our own delivery vehicles and all of our experienced delivery team are employed directly by us, based at our main store in Southsea.

We can deliver 6 days a week and we can arrange a time that will suit you if you have school runs or work commitments to consider. As soon as your goods arrive we will contact you personally to arrange a day to deliver at your convenience.

If required, you can contact us the day prior to delivery and we can give you a 2 hour time slot for when we will be with you. We will assemble all large items for the customer such as, wardrobes and tables in a room of their choice inclusive in our regular delivery service, and for a small extra charge we can unpack and dispose of all cardboard and packaging from any other items.

We can also arrange long distance deliveries at very competitive prices using our contracted transport firm and this service can be arranged with the shop or by e-mail.

We like our customers to come back to us again and again, so it’s important you’re happy with every aspect of our service. That’s why our friendly, helpful attitude doesn’t stop once you’ve made your purchase.

We take great pride in our after sales care, all of our furniture is under guarantee for a year, so should you have a query or concern about any item of furniture you’ve bought from us, we’ll make sure it’s our top priority to personally resolve it to your satisfaction.
